District Census

The Cimple 2000 District Census System stores detailed personal information about students and their families for the entire district. It integrates the various Cimple 2000 Systems used at schools throughout your district and allows you to create a district-wide portal to your student information! Student data is synchronized with the data at each school, allowing the district office to keep accurate information on students throughout the district. In addition, synchronization allows you to enroll students and have them propagate down to the appropriate school (and vice versa). Easily transfer students between buildings as they are promoted throughout their academic career. You can also keep track of future students and their families (i.e. age birth to age 5) and use that information to automatically enroll incoming Kindergarteners. And, with the District Attendance reporting capabilities, you can calculate attendance statistics and generate state mandated reports for state aid requirements. If used with the Cimple 2000 Attendance System, attendance totals can be automatically transferred into the Census System from the students' actual attendance records.
