Network Viewing

The Cimple 2000 Network Viewing System gives users the ability to collectively view student information from any Cimple 2000 System using a single point of entry. In addition, the system is designed to only allow viewing of student information. This gives you the ability to allow users to view student information without the fear of having them make unauthorized changes to that student information. (If they need access to change information, simply give that user access to the individual Cimple 2000 system). To use Network Viewing, select the student you are interested in - with a single click, you have access to that student's schedule, grades, interim comments, daily attendance, period (class) attendance, class cuts, discipline reports, and permanent record (transcript). If used with the Electronic School, select users can securely view this information through the Internet. In addition, the Electronic School allows authorized users to view information not only for students in the school, but also for any student in the district.

Features:

  • Easy to use - designed especially for school staff and administrators
  • Applications restricted to viewing student information - allows users to "look but not touch"
  • Student information accessible through the Internet using the Electronic School
  • District-wide viewing of student information using the Electronic School
  • Single point of entry allows user to select a student and then view his/her information from any Cimple 2000 system (i.e. schedule, grades, interim comments, attendance, cuts, discipline, permanent record, etc.)
  • Seamless collective viewing of information from any Cimple 2000 system
  • Plus much, much more...
