Centralized Database - Edition

The Cimple.NET Centralized Database NJSMART edition gives a school district the ability to collect data from all of the systems in use by the district for the purposes of submitting data to NJSMART. Once all of the data is in the Centralized Database, you can use the available tools to analyze your data, check for errors internally, and produce error reports by student and by building. If desired, you can mass fill data for fields that you may not have in your current system. You can also enter any additional information into the Centralized Database and or add/edit data using a web-based interface. Once you have corrected all of your data, you can then submit it using a single extract from the Centralized Database. Information can be stored and maintained in the Centralized Database for multiple years, allowing you to rerun any extract at any time.
