The Cimple 2000 Permanent Records System keeps track of students' mid-year and final averages over the course of their academic career. It also allows the district to store information on student test scores and/or awards. This valuable information can be used to produce ranks, transcripts, cumulative averages, GPA, and more. If used with the Cimple 20000 Grade Reporting System, student mid-year and final averages can be transferred automatically into the Permanent Records System.
